WARNING - IF YOU HAVE DEALT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND ARE HAVING A PROBLEMS GETTING THEM TO DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, CONTACT THE ARIZONA REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS AND FILE A COMPLAINT. I FILED 2 COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB AND NOTHING HAPPENED. BEFORE CALLING EXPRESS HOME SERVICES CHECK OUT THE BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS: BBB Membership Status On June 9, 2006, this company's membership in the BBB was suspended due to a failure to promptly resolve complaints, a failure to cooperate with the Bureau's efforts to eliminate the underlying cause of complaints, a failure to adhere to established standards of advertising and selling and due to a failure to support the principles and purposes of the BBB by engaging in activity that reflects unfavorably on the Bureau and its members.

The company has been in discussions with the Bureau regarding the causes of the suspension and has implemented internal processes to reduce complaints. The company appealed the suspension and the matter was reviewed by the Bureau's Board of Directors in December 2006. It was decided that the suspension status remain and be re-evaluated by the Board at a later date.
