I ordered two items from DVD.COM one was an evening with the Dixie Chicks and the other was The Bee Gees:One Night Only.
I've tried to contact DVD.COM through E-Mail, Fax and telephone with no response whatsoever.
I can send hard copies or E-Mail attachments of my attemps to contact DVD.COM if required.
I reported DVD.COM to the BBB in California (Not much help)
