We hired this company to move us from Florida to California.
The owner, Shlomi Lugassy, made a very good impression prior to the move, saying that we didn't need insurance since he would take care of us, but upon delivery in California we discovered a lot of damage. Much of that to upholstered furniture would have been avoided had he shrink-wrapped the furniture as my partner requested, whereas that to wood furniture would have been avoided had his movers been more careful.
When we approached him about this after the move he told us he didn't have any money to compensate us.
