This company is a ripoff and should be sued! They have consistantly horrible & rude customer service and after finally getting fed up with bogus (bulls#$t) fees, I decided to cancel my service. I had used the company for 18 months and never signed any kind of contract (only the original credit application). Nothing was ever said to me about any type of "contract" but 2 weeks after I cancelled, I received notice from my bank that there was a $500 charge from this company. I immediately called and was told by an extremely rude "customer service" rep that I had signed a 3 year contract (which I NEVER did or would have done!) and that was the termination fee. They can't seem to produce the document either. I told her that I never signed anything like that and that I would be rejecting that charge. She immediately snapped back saying that it would be in collections and on my credit report within 90 days!

How can they simply get away with ruining my credit? They are flat out lying! This is criminal and I am furious! I have a perfect credit score and have spent years making sure of that but it is my word against theirs and they are a big company with a legal team that I cannot afford to fight even if it is a matter of principle BUT I refuse to be extorted like this! What can I do? This seems to be a common problem (from doing my research on the internet)...is there any kind of class action suit against this company? What other recourse do I have to stop this from happening? We all know how hard it is and how long it takes to have something negative on your report removed - bogus or not!
Any help and suggestions will be much appreciated!
