Express Personnel Services ripoff corruption deceptive company the business that doesnt give a dam Billings Montana
I was working on an assignment for Express Personnel in Colorado. I live in Colorado, I work in Colorado, I worked on the temp assignment in Colorado, I was interviewed for the position in Colorado and I was injured in Colorado. On April 6, 2003, I fell at work, injuring my back, neck, hip, wrists, knees, ankles (cut the right ankle and it got infected), left arm and shoulders.
I reported the injury to the temp agency and an accident report was not taken. The next day, I was terminated supposedly they hired too many employees. I had worked for the assignment company off and on for almost 10 years, so I know that reason was crap. So I contacted Express Personnel in Bilings, MT. I talked to Dera and I asked for a list of network medical providers. I was told by Dera that Express Personnel did not have any in Colorado and for me to go to my own physican. I did. To date none of my medical bills have been paid. One Dr. visit is almost $11,000 and now the medical provider is talking about suing me.
The so-called insurance company claims that this is a Montana Claim and that they're not paying. The three out of five rule is very explicit for Colorado Work Compensation laws. Connie J. Hoffman, the so-called Senior Claims Examiner is the "beast" that is holding everything up.
Take my advise do not do business with this agency. They're nothing but trouble.
