Express Postal Services Elena Petrova , expserv.com. Re-shipping Scam, DO NOT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES! Moscow, Russia Russia
Elena Petrova, of Express Postal Services out of Moscow Russia is a Scam Artist of the worst kind.
She asks that you subcontract to send packages out to people that have ordered items, but states that you make $45/package for every package that you ship out. My partner signed on to work with her as his unemployment ran out, we did the usual scam check, but did not find any complaints until after he did not get paid!
He worked for her for 20 days, and when it came time to receive his check for $2655.00. It did not arrive on the date due. So he wrote to her and her excuse was that 'there was a winter storm and the check got lost.' Okay, so she said that she would void out the first check and send the 2nd check priority and we should get it by the 17th of February.
Here it is February 20th, and the check is 13 days late. She will not respond to him at all now, after numerous emails asking for the whereabouts of the check. She has dropped off the grid. This is consistent with the one complaint I was actually able to find on her that was registered on January 8th, 2014. I surely wish that I could have found it sooner, it would have saved a big headache and loss financially.
I tried to call her, but the number is no longer in service, and the address in Russia is bogus. There is no such address.
In doing some more in-depth research I found one of her aliases to be Elena Berkova, who has a Russian Bride Scam, as well as connection to Russian prostitution rings internationally.
I tried writing to her to ask about the fact that she did not pay people, and she asked, 'where you see complaint?' Then wrote me another email to let me know that they were not hiring right now.
Associated with her is David Brown of Blackhawk Logistics in Carrollton Texas, who runs the scam stateside. He has plagiarized the legitimate website appearance of Blackhawk Logistics in South Carolina, and is running the same scam David Brown is wanted for check fraud, identify theft, and credit card scams, especially with American Express.
