Dear fellow ripped off people. My wife and I have read your stories and have experienced many if not all of the issues that have already been mentioned:

lousy locators

sub standard products( candle and bracelet)

No contact with company after the sale

Texas reference that now seems to good to be true(and was)

Retailers asking us to take our displays out of their stores(no sales)

So what are we do do? Do we file a class action law suit against these folks?

We need to be able to send our product back. Get some type of refund and end the nightmare...

Is anyone with me???

No Class Action Lawsuit

A class action lawsuit is not the way to go. I was a consumer in such a lawsuit regarding a secuities purchase and for my loss of thousands of dollars I received a check for two cents. The only people that receive any money in such a lawsuit are the attorneys.

Contact Miriam Chicon at the Rhode Island Attorney General's office. It is my belief that we stand a better chance of getting some satisfaction (meaning our money back) is through the AG's office.
