We Had Been Assigned EXPRESS SCRIPTS By X-EMPLOYER That WE PAY For BOTH Health INS # Med Ins (Costs More Than My Tiny Pension Check I Get Becauuse of Illness I HAD to Take Early Retirement. BUT The Major Problems started the last 3-4 mos of 2008 and STILL going on even after so many phone calls and emails I cannot even keep up with them all, not to mention how many many times our Dr's and Drug store have had to call and fax over and over and ect, ect.

The Last of 2008 we were "Forced" to Have our Meds shipped by mail, I had no problem with it untill they began insisting changing our Meds to other
"cheaper" Meds, Again I had no problem with that "Except" for certain Meds

That they wanted to change that I "Could not take", had already been on the ones they were insisting on changing to but I had such sever side effects I just COULD NOT TAKE THEM, Then another Med I MUST take "Nexium" and NOT the cheaper Meds that only help with an upset tummy where Nexium "Heals" the bleeding and my Dr said I would need to take the rest of my life.

THEN there is one other Med I've had on their files since Oct/08 and have yet to EVER get the Med and they have Promised Over and Over and Over that it HAD been "Approved" and would be shipped "Expidited" UPS Next Day.

This has happened so many times I've lost count and I "thought" once again they had it taken care of, I RCVD an Email it had been filled and SHIPPED 03/18/09, checked the Web Site and it too said same and had a UPS tracking Number, I checked UPS Tracking Number and there was "No Ref to the tracking number. Then Today (One day later) 03/19/2009 I get Another EMail

Saying my Med has been 'Delayed" AGAIN. This just goes on and on and on. I'm at my wits end, If I take it to my drug store XPRESS SCRIPTS DENIES My Med. They have lied to me over and over. You NEVER talk to the same person and each person has some different story to tell you. Then their WEB Site is another Story, it is full of mistakes, Things just appear then just dissapear, it's never "UP TO DATE".

I'm just too sick to try and keep on and on with whatever game they have going on. They don't seem to know what they or their counter parts are even doing. It's just screwed up and you feel a lot like you are just being jerked around and MADE to have their whole mess to have to TRY and live with.

I'm going NUTS and don't know WHAT to do anymore. They have so many Address's and ph numbers and "persons" you don't know WHO your talking to.

Hi, I used to work for express scripts for 2 years. If you want name brand on certain meds then have your dr put on the RX Brand Only. Make sure they put in your records at the dr office as well on that certain RX brand only. Because your insurance and express scipts both want you to take generic. It saves you money and them money plain and simple. And even if you have brand only on the RX express scripts will call the dr to see if you can take a lower cost medication its in the contract with your insurance company and express scipts that their pharmacist have to call.

Now if you want brand be prepared you might be charged a fee the difference in th price of your brand med and the generic drug.. This is not express scripts fault if this charge is in place though your insurance because express scripts dont write your benefits your insurance does. Express scripts is not your insurance but just a pharmacy benefits manager. They just manage your benefits do not make them that is your insurance company or employer that does that.

There is a lot of things I dont agree with express scripts but this one is clearly not their fault.
