Complaint Review: Express Storage Lacey WA

Horrible service. Express Storage is the closest U-Haul dealer to our house, so I went there looking to rent a small truck/van. When I asked if a small U-Haul truck was available for rent the woman on duty simply said 'no' with no further explanation. I then asked her to call other local U-Haul dealers to see if they had a truck of that kind and she said that she already knew that there were no trucks of any kind available in the Lacey - Olympia area. 

I then drove down the street about 2 miles to AAA Pacific & Lilly / Poplar Street Storage, the next nearest U-Haul dealer, and they had a truck and rented it to me while providing excellent service. 

I do not know who the rude, discourteous woman at Express Storage is, but she has no business being involved in any aspect of customer service. Do not, under any circumstances, take your business, either storage or U-Haul, to Express Storage!
