Complaint Review: Express Towing

Express towing is a complete rip off. I hired them to tow two cars that were blocking my businesses driveway.

They took over an hour and a half to come to the location and then when they hooked up the tow equipment to the car, they ripped the bumper off the car!!! Needless to say I was held responsible by Express Towing and they told me that they would not be paying for the damages to the persons car and that it is the callers responsibility. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE INSURANCE!!!!

I have since talked to the police department and it is actually illegal what they did to me. We will be making this case a civil matter and if possible, a criminal one.

If you are about your business or the people you work with, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are bottom feeders.
