Complaint Review: Express Water Heater Inc

Earl Gooch owner and operater of Express Water Heater Inc is a trainee plumber, never been a certificed state licensed plumber. Has been fined once 9-23-09 but has continued to operate his business without a certificed licensed plumber employee. The state of Washington does not  show him having any employees, yet he still installing water heaters. People posted reviews saying they used this Earl Gooch and they are paying for a cert. state licensed plumber and are really getting a 17 year long trainee. Never been cert. licensed plumber in Washington State. Earl is in his 50's and still is a trainee. People may be losing their warranties,money and safelty by this Express Water heater owner and installer Earl Gooch the trainee. http://www.expresswaterheater.com/ Please call LNI and report him if he installed your water heater.

You are not getting what you paid for in having Earl Gooch installing your water heater. Earl Gooch must be supervised to install a water heater by a professional licensed plumber.
