I ordered parts online worth $48.74 through www.expressautoparts.com on September 2, 2003. After a week I found out the parts are on backorder, they then cancelled the order when I said I would cancel the order after another week if it didn't ship! After months of emails and phone calls they never refunded my credit card (my bank did though). The manager of Expressauotparts.com is Paul Campbell (pc@expressautoparts.com) and he is a liar, this is the type of email he will send you to fob you off (I never go the check either).

Mr...

We apologize for the inexcusable delay in getting back to you, but due to changing credit card processing companies we have been experiencing considerable technical problems issuing credits to our customers, which as you know first hand, has upset many of our customers.

We have resolved the problem and will be mailing you a check in the amount of $48.74 today, covering the credit that is due to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply the credit back to your credit card since the transaction was entered through the old processing company.

Please accept this 10% (QP159036S4) coupon number on any future parts order for the difficulties you encountered. Had I known earlier I would have taken you up on your suggestion to personally give you your refund.

Sincerely,

Paul Campbell
