I ordered six different parts. My credit cerd was charged for all of them. I recieved four parts. I emailed and ask about the other two parts. They replied "we canelled those parts and sent you an email". I did not recieve said email.

I emailed them again and told them I was charged for, and needed a credit for the parts that were cancelled. They replied "your email has been forwarded to the credit dept. for review".

Thats the last I ever heard. I've sent many emails. No reply. I also filled there credit inquiry web form (I knew that would be pointless).
I even sent an email to management@expressautoparts.com. No reply.

These people need to be delt with. There are probably many untold stories out there.
