Attempted to make a purchase from expressautoparts.com website. They had items listed as "instock" where in fact they were not in stock. I waited for my order to be process, but never got a confirmation of this.

When I contacted the customer service department. they notified me on 7/7/04 that they were on back order. However, on 7/8/04 the withdrew the money from my account. To make a long story short. The order was Cancelled on 7/19/04 and a request for a refund was made. All my request have gone ignored or they have given me the run around. They withdrew $204.88 and have not answered me on any of my inquires to what the status of my refund was.

So I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing car parts on-line do not do business with this site. You will lose your money! I tried calling them but they must have had the phone off the hook, never got through. I was adviced by their customer service center to contact their credit department but that has been a waste of time. No one from that the department has even acknowledged me or answered any of my emails.
