Complaint Review: ExpresScents - Country Kitchen Candles - Elite Designs

I am still waiting for a refund of all the money I invested in ExpresScents candles. I have also filed a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office against the JS Locator Company you recommended in the sales brochure. Essentially I have been misled and ripped off twice. That means twice the grief and heartache I get to deal with every single day. Had I not followed your company's recommendation to contact the JS Company I could have at least saved $3,000 not to mention the horrible experience dealing with Mr. Sanders and Joel Crumpton.

You should be very concerned Mr. Antonelli how your distributor was treated by that company as well as your own company. It has been and continues to be a nightmare of an experience. My garage is full of oily, staining and disintegrating pillar candles, useless displays and tacky, ill made necklaces and charms. I want resolution in the form of a complete refund and will continue to file complaints on a regular basis until I receive justice.
