I participated in a Comcast offer http://www.mymileageplus.com/600sape/47938/166756/a901deb96d47d6546e2b0e5e02bf5314 (somewhat different when I subscribed). I subscribed to this service on 12/5/2003. So far I have not received any of the rebates I am entitled to even after multiple e-mails/phone calls. The company managing the rebates (ExpressGroup) first (4 months ago) claimed this is a normal waiting period and I should wait another 2-3 weeks.

After another month I was told by ExpressGroup the documents from Comcast were lost and I will have to wait another month. After about 5 weeks I checked the status of my rebate and it stated: "Rejected. Contract obligation was not maintained for the time frame stated on rebate offer". This is obviously a lie as right now I am using my Comcast broadband Internet. I called again and was asked to fax my last bill. I did this, however after another week ExpressGroup did not either give me my rebate or inform me of the problem.

Comcast does not answer my e-mails and customer representatives there redirect me to ExpressGroup. I suspect my other rebate (20 USD from Motorolla) has the same problem. I have called again (>15 days from the date I faxed the bill) and I was told to wait more. When I ask to talk to a supervisor I am told he/she is busy, but would call me back. They never do (twice so far).

To me it is obvious the Expressgroup will not work on my rebate problem unless I press them and are either lying about Comcast answer or ar too lazy to actually work the issue out. Also the communication with them is more than bad. I have lost several hours talking (or trying to) to them. Don't do bussiness with these guys, can't imagine worse.
