Once you order, you can not cancel and will pay return shipping plus 25% restocking fee.  Cost me $35, just to look at a box with their name on it.  Never opened so not sure of the quality of the product.  Ordered 2 cans of paint, 1 can of primer and 1 can of clear for $95.00.  Went to the local parts store (for something else) and found the paint for my truck @ 5.99 a can.  Called and emailed to cancel my order w/in one hour of ordering. Sorry Mister, already shipped.  When received invoice showed it was shipped 3 days later.  Paid restocking fee, return shipping of $35, bought the paint at the parts store and still saved $35.  Lesson Learned!

Unfair slandering of a good company

I have ordered paint from this company 4 times and have always had a good experience.  I once changed my order within 5 minutes and had no problem but it was explained to me that the paint order is sent to be mixed immediately and so you have to change the order with just a few minutes before mixing begins.  That is how they get it shipped out the same day!  As an owner of a company myself, I think it is very unfair to not understand that you can't ask for express shippment of a unique product, (custom mixed paint) and then expect to be able to cancel after the mixing is underway.  In other words, you can't have your pie and eat it too!
