Melisia Morgan asked her employee to get quote from me for roofing repairs. I provided the roofing repairs quote and was told to go ahead with the work for $635. I started the work on 8/14/2018 and then while working there the employee that worked for her told her that the siding needed fixing prior to his cleaning. So she asked me for a quote for material and labor to fix all of the areas her employee directed me. I told the employee it would be $480 with material and labor. She asked if I could change one additional piece of siding but do all siding repair for $400 and to do it. My Payment Agreement expressed was to be on Thursday morning 8/16/2018. She never came by and I waited 3 hours before she called, yelling at me, saying she would pay me later on, and hung up the phone. She tex ted late at night asking for my PayPal account for her payment and didn't. I have called, texted, emailed, and tried all means of contact to get her. She is not answering phone or responding to any questions of when I will be paid. She owes $1,035 and an additional $150 for the three hours spent waiting for her and there was no call or any cancel. I had been scammed it seems.
