Extended Lengths Beauty Supply -- What a nightmare company!

I ordered my products on April 23rd of 2010, today is May 19th, and I just received my package, after endless attempts to contact Extended Lengths Beauty Supply, asking for status on my order.

Don't even waste your breath leaving them voice mails -- never got a response back. Instead, received an e-mail from Gia, saying that they had problems in their payment processing system and have not received the payment (although, money was taken off my credit card the moment I placed an order).

E-mailed again, received a copy/pasted, exact same e-mail back, saying that they are working on the issue. After several calls and e-mails I finally, a month later, received my shipment, out of 4 ordered products, one was incorrect! I was charged for it $93.00 for, instead they shipped me something that is worth $38.00 and is not what i need or what I ordered!

I am so surprised they are still in business, and have not got into a legal trouble, ripping people off like that. So many bad reviews about them online, and I did not do my homework checking that before placing an order. Never again!!!
