Extended Lengths Beauty Supply Rip Off , Internet
I placed an order with Extended Lengths on 5/3 and have not received my order. However, my credit card was charged. I have had numerous e-mails and have left a voice message with this company. I was told by their customer service department that they have been having problems getting funded from their payment processor which was Bank of America (Bank of America seized Extended Lenghts funding). I was told on 5/28 that a check would be mailed to me as a refund, but if I haven't received a check within 4 or 5 days to go ahead and contact my credit company. It is terrible that I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If Extended Lengths can not offer a reasonable turn around time, they should resolve the problem not a customer having to do it. It should not matter if you are having difficulty with your payment processor. It is your responsibility! I actually saw in an e-mail from Gia, the owner, indicating to a customer that more less she was bashing Extended Lengths good name. No one has to bash your company because the company is doing that job on its own. You don't back what you sell!
