Extended Stay America Alicia - manager Hazardous Appliances Maryland Heights MO
At 11290 Lackland Rd, Maryland Heights MO 63146: The bathrooms are nasty/ the appliances are 30 yrs old and look it/ constant Cigarette smoke after 8pm, flowing thru the vent and walls. Alicia hates attractive females that are spending HONEST money (misery loves company!).
When "attractive"/ females complain, after talking to Alicia, she immediately retaliates against them/refuses to followup on moving them to another room/ refuses to upgrade appliances, etc.
The other front desk employees are nice and professional. Alicia doesn't know anything about "customer service" and isn't remotely a PEOPLE person.
