The Supervisors at this business location have not responded to our phone calls/email complaints concerning bed bug bites. We and our 1 year-old son suffered bites especially our baby, we have pictures of our son's leg bites. I called Melissa shortly after our stay there from July 6-10 and relayed her our experience; initially she seemed concerned, but thereafter we have gotten the runaround.
We feel very disrespected that they have ignored us and we like to let potential guests know that they should NOT consider staying at their establishment. Very unprofessional and aloof about guest complaints.
