Complaint Review: Extendedlengths.com

I ordered over $100 dollars from this company on November 15th.  I got a confirmation and two emails afterwards stating that I had to sign for orders over $50, and was sent a bogus order confirmation.  After a month of not receiving anything.  I tried tracking the order.  I got an email back from the USPS that the package confirmation was bogus.  I tried to call their 1-866 number only to be told by a recording it doesn't work from this calling area (Hawaii)  I emailed customer service four times, and never got a response.  To date, I have disputed this charge with my American Express, and am filing a complaint with the the Federal Trade commission, and trying to get Amex to pull from allowing the bogus vendor to accept their card.  This company knows they are totally ripping people off, and have made it impossible for anyone to contact them.  Everyone needs to write a complaint to the better business bureau, their credit card company and the General Attorney, and get them off the web.
