I have to complain about the company EXTENZE which has been charging me $75 a month for their product and videos for the last 3 months. When I called to sign up for a FREE SAMPLE I specifically said that I did not want to sign up for the 30 day trial. The woman on the phone told me that I would not be involved with the company after the sample and that if I did, I would HAVE to call back.

I have been calling for 3 weeks now to a number that only gives voicemail explaining to call during business hours 8-10 M-F. I only call at those specific times and I still do not recieve an answer. The one occasion I did speak to someone I was on hold for 30 mins and was told I would recieve a call back. Trying to cancel something I did not sign up for is ridiculous and I can't keep having $75 taken from me every month. I would like to recieve a full refund of $225 that has been taken from me over the course of the last 3 months. I do not know what else to do.
