Complaint Review: Exteriors Of Distinction - Perfection Roofing

I purchased a Lifetime Metal Roofing System from Rodger Walters of Lehighton Pa and Classic Metal Roofing systems. This roof is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee and it is supposed to be impervious to rain, hurricane force winds, etc.
It has leaked since the day it was completed.
Rodger Walters has put me off for nearly two years now and refuses to make this right.
It is obvious that once he got the money, he was done with us. Now, he will not show up on scheduled appointments, will not return calls, and only shows up on certain rainy days and looks at the roof leaking and says he will be back.
He will not set a date to finish, he will not let anyone else look at the roof, -it would void our warranty- he says, and the warranty papers prevent us from getting someone else to work on it.
He has lied to my face several times about when he will be here.
He refuses to address me appropriately. He is very unprofessional and unethical.
He likes to advertise and always has a booth at Home Shows/Expos around and in the Lehigh Valley.
Do not use this man, do not by this product.
