Extra Car Parking That damaged my car while it was parked there, then ghosted me Seatac Washington

On September 5, 2022, I returned home from a two-week trip out of the country. When I arrived at Extra Car Parking to pick up my car, I noticed that the back bumper was damaged. My vehicle is a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a backup camera and parking sensors in the back bumper, so any damage to the bumper could impact that technology.

• I filed a claim before I left the lot and the employee working at that time (Mauricio Soto) took pictures as well. The claim # is 913016. I was told that I would hear from someone in 24 hours. I didn’t.
• So I waited a week and called back on 9/14/22. I was transferred to someone’s voice mail and left a message.
• I got no response, so I called again on 9/27/22 and left another message.
• Finally got a call from Michael V on 10/6/22. He said he was sorry for the delay and that he would take care of it. I emailed him some more pictures because he asked for different angles. No response.
• I emailed to follow-up and get an update on 10/19/22. No response.
• I tried to get their insurance company information so I could file a claim, but no one would give me that information.
• Finally I had to just pay the $500 deductible to have my insurance company pay for it even though I wasn’t even there when the damage occurred. It looks like someone just backed into something.
