I ordered a free sample of ExtremeAcai Berries (pay postage only) from the internet. Postage and handling was $3.95.

A few days later I saw a charge on my bank account for $29.95 from a company called FitFactory that I had not ordered anything from. I went online and found a website with a phone number which I called and the young man who answered was quick to say that he was authorized to refund my money. I told him to do so immediately or I would report the company to the BBB. Within a few days I had a refund on my bank account.

Then a few days after that I received the Acai Berry sample and took the time to read a very small notice that was enclosed with it saying that I would be charged nearly $90.00 per month for 30 day supplies of the Berry if I didn't cancel within the mentioned time. I couldn't really tell when the time started or ended so I called the number immediately and after quite a wait a lady answered the call (the time zone was mountain standard time - I found this confusing since the company was located in FL). English was not her first language and due to that and the really poor connection it was very hard too understand her. Eventually I received a confirmation number for my canceling my order.

I went immediately to my bank and changed my credit card because I DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

They also gave or sold my email address to others.
