Complaint Review: Extreme Acaiberry-14SLIMTABS

I order the trial period of Acai berry which arrived to my house about 10 days after I placed the order which means that they start counting your trial period of 14 days on the day you place the order so be very aware that you will not get your product until the end of your trial period. The charge of $89.31 WILL BE charged to your account well before you recieve your product. And it will charge before they send the product out to you. Make sure if you order from this website that you read and follow the terms and conditions. They will keep repeating that you didn't read the terms and conditions and therefore will not give you a refund back even if you deserve one. They do not know when they've shipped your order because the call center is in Utah and the Warehouse is in Davie, Florida. I tried to get them to give me a date and when I called to check on my order. I got conflicting information from both ladies I spoke with.

I spoke with 5 different people at these following numbers and you will still get the Utah call center 1-877-615-4233, 1877-350-8480, and 1877-859-1069. If you see these numbers please know that they are connected to this company. Please be aware that this company also works with a company called www.fit-fac.com this is an online fitness program that will also be charged to your account in the amount of $29.95 a few days after your order....

The customer services representatives are rude and they hung up on me 3 times while I was explaining my situation....They state that you cannot get a refund unless you return the product that they aren't even sure when the Warehouse sent it to you....Be AWARE!!!!!
