Extreme Acaiberry deceptive business practices David Florida
I just received a phone call from a woman who wanted to inquire about the "order I placed online yesterday for diet acai berry". I told her that I had not placed any orders and tried to get more information from her. She had my correct name, phone number, address and email address. She said that she couldn't delete the order, but that I should call customer service at 877-350-8480 to get it deleted. She also gave me a reference number.
I call the 800 number and waited approximately 30 minutes on hold, and the gentlemen agreed to delete the order and said "I would not be charged AGAIN". I explained that I had never placed the order and asked the name of the company so that I could watch my credit card statement, and was told that it was against company policy to release the name of the company, to have a nice day and then he hung up on me!
I just checked my email and found confirmation from ChangingShapeOnline.com who supposedly gave me a free 2-year subscription. However, I cannot get into their website to confirm that it has been cancelled so will probably have to deal with more unauthorized charges. The original phone number who called me came up as 801-307-2629.
