I did sign up for the free shipping and free sample however I have not received any product and they charged me for the product. You can call but you get a message to call back at 6pm Mountain Standard Time. I have cancelled my debit card and will have to go in to the bank and dispute the charges. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully something will come of it.
