Complaint Review: Extreme AcaiBerry

I took up an offer for both acai berry and total cleanse where the free trial bottles will be free and just pay a 3.95 shipping for the acai berry and a 5.95 shipping for the total cleanse. Instead, I was charged 89.31 for the acai berry labeled as fastmelt on my credit card, and 78.84 from "cleanse-V" and then a site I have never heard of, pricelimbo.com for 8.51. I received the free trial from acai berry and then within a few days, a full 50 capulet bottle, then a full 60 capulet bottle for total cleanse and was charged full amount rather than the free trial one. I was able to get through to acai berry with the phone number provided on the merchant id with the charge on my credit card and was told to send the bottle back and call back or email them at customerservice@nubody.com with the tracking number then they will refund my account. I emailed them and it bounced back, then Ive been trying to call them, nothing. They either have high volume and suggest a better time frame to call back or the line goes dead. Total cleanse, I have never been able to get through to them. I finally decided to close my credit card to prevent more charges and right after I closed my account I got an email from total cleanse stating they got my order and will be putting a charge to my card. Then the next morning I got notification that my card was declined. It wasn't even time for the next shipment, it has only been a week. I thought it was just the Total cleanse that was a scam, and that I got lucky with the acai berry company but apparently, both of them are scams. I disputed the price limbo charge and the total cleanse charge, and they were not able to dispute the acai berry because I sent the bottle back. They told me to call them back in 30 days if I do not get credit from that company and I pretty much doubt I will get credit. I suggest ALL OF YOU who experienced this same issue to immediately close your account and get a new number and dispute. They will keep taking money out until the account is actually declined. ACT FAST!!! They are scams!
