Extreme Detroit Magazine ripoff Detroit Michigan
My images were used for a full layout in the June, 2005 issue of Extreme Detroit Men's Magazine. I was never contacted by the editor or informed that I was even published in the magazine. I have made multiple calls to Joe Race who has ignored me.
I have not received a copy of the issue I was published in or compensated for my images. I think the magazine is joke and they are unprofessional. I would never trust the staff at Extreme Detroit Magazine. They are liars!

Joe Race claims to have paid a photographer for my swimsuit images. The photographer who he paid does not have the copyrights to the images that were sold. Bottom line is the images were stolen from me and sold and I was completely cut out of the entire deal. The images are of me not of a beach. I still have not recieved tearsheets for my images. My attorney will be contacting you shortly. It's funny how you respond to defend yourself but you ignore my calls. Extreme Detriot Mens Magazine is unprofessional and they steal images from models. You stole from the wrong model.

I paid for the use of the photos
#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

The photographs that were used were PAID for to the actually owner of the images. We paid the photographer over $500 for the use of the images. He sold us the right to use them and we did.
I have a signed agrrement from the copyright owner to use those images. The model is upset and rightly so as she never was compensated for this. I told her to take it up with the photographer and try to get him to pay her.
I did my legal duty and paid the owner of the photographs and I have the right to publish them. This women needs to bark up the right tree and try to get money from the owner of the photos.
