I signed up for a "free trial" and to pay a shipping fee of $4.95.  You were directly sent into another pop-up page on the internet for an Extreme cleanse -which I did not order, then another pop-up for a green tea diet supplement - which I did not order.  I then received an email and an alert that I was charged for both of those other items.  I responded to the email which was a no-reply address, so I called them immediately and told them I did not order either of these additional items.  I was told they had already shipped and to just keep them.  really - we are talking seconds here - how could that be(?). I said fine, but I don't want any of this stuff, as this seems like some sort of a scam where unauthorized charges are going on.

2 weeks later a charge of $79.95 is on my credit card.  I called and no operator available, so leave a message.  I did, no call back.  Today I call again and spoke to a Aise and she said, "well, did you read the fine print?, your 14 free trial is up and now you owe this."  I told her I had called immediately and cancelled.  She said well the operator only wrote that you wanted to cancel the other two items."  I said NO, I wanted to cancel ALL of it.  She said well, I will cancel "your account" - like really, I have an account - NOT!, and refused to refund the charge back to my card.  So once the item is no longer pending I will report this to my credit card company.  I wish I had seen all of these complaints before ordering.  BUYER BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY.
