Complaint Review: Extreme Fit 180

Extreme Fit 180 Kelly/ Manager Agent ID 0011 Maria/ Customer Service Representative 1st order did not contain packing slip or invoice; did not know charges until i received my credit card; most recent credit card bill showing a new charge for which i did not receive any product; Svc Rep can not explain; waiting on return call from Mgr; Sarasota Florida

Purchased product on-line; was advertised as Free trial but disclaimers stated in small writing that product needed to be returned in 14 days otherwise you would be charged; 1st order received was for 2 different cleanses with no packing slip or invoice; 1st charge on credit card for $89.89; got 2nd order which i did not want and was charged for $154.95; I returned and was told card would be credited and future orders cancelled; recent credit card bill showed credit of $150.84 along with a new charge of $74.94 with date of 3/25 for which i never received any product. Spoke to Customer Svc Rep, Maria on 4/30/18 about 6.45PM; she threw a lot of BS and said Mgr Kelly would be in touch with me within 24 hours to somehow explain the new charge of 74.94
