Around April 2010 I signed a one year contract and paid in full. I was informed by their sales manager John Legris that when I purchased a year; I was purchasing 365 days of gym access and not a 365 time frame in which I could use the gym.
Fast forward to today, April 3, 2011:
I'm checking over my credit card statement and I see a $46.83 charge from Extreme on March 31, 2011. Not even a courtesy call?
