Extreme HCA Healthconnect Completely unethical company, worst customer service ever and a total scam Internet
I was contacted via telephone rep for the HCA Xtreme garcinia cambogia drops as I had entered some partial information on their website but decided not to complete my order. I was offered the product for $10.00 including shipping with free exercise DVDs with the knowledge I needed to cancel in 30 days or I would receive another shipment.
My account was charged within a week of me receiving the product. Customer service said it was explained to me I only had 15 days. OK, maybe I missed that (but I don't think so) so I wanted return information. It was explained that the product could not be returned. The CSR was extremely rude and unhelpful and hung up on me twice. Then hung up as my calls came through the queue. I called from my husbands phone and when they discovered it was me they hung up again.
There is a contact addres in Utah, however it rings through to the same CS number. Bank records show an Arizona charge and a number of 888-980-1383. I was also charged for more exercise DVDs, and the phone # for those is 800-390-7660. This company was very helpful and reversed the charges.

Wanted to make sure I corrected the name in my title. It looks as others have had a pleasant time with Laurel (not). WORST company I have ever dealt with. Here is my original text. After reading the other reports I'm confident that it was explained that I had 30 days to cancel.
