Extreme Limousine Of Portland charged me $863.00 dollars after i cancelled 2 weeks prior to my set reservation Vancouver Washington

i called extreme limo of vancouver washington to rent a limo for a batchler party, i talked with "namen", we set a date and i reserved the date with my credit card. he said there would be a $100 dollar fee to cancel which was fine.

I called two weeks prior to my reservation to cancel and figured on getting the 100 dollar fee. the next time i check my card statement there was a 863 dollar charge from said company.

i have contacted my credit card and the merchant and have got no responce from either one, hopefully this report will help the next person not get ripped off

It is clearly stated both on our web site and in our contract that all cancellations must be made in writing at leat 72 hours prior to the scheduled event or the customer will be charged the full balance of their bill. Mr Parks was made aware of the cancellation requirements at the time of his reservation. Contrary to his statement, Mr Parks DID NOT cancel his reservation in the proper time and manner as stated in our contract with him. With such a short notice it is merly impossable for us to find another client for the time alloted. Our offer to comp Mr Parks on another day was declined. Furthermore, his request for punitive damages in the amount of $100.00 plus the $ 863.00 is not relevant ( or based on any legal statute )and should not be considered in this complaint. As a good member of the BBB we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and they are investigating Mr Parks false claims. You can check us out at www.MyExtremeLimo.com Thank you for your time.
