Recently I was contacted by Extreme Merchant Services to contact businesses in order to get them to switch to EMS for their credit card/debit card transactions and if I sent them $295 they would set up a website for me. If I provided them with the leads they would give me a percentage of the CC transaction fees.

Gave my info. to them. They have all of my info. How dumb! Received contract from PMR LLC! Next evening they contacted me saying that if I were to give them $8000 they would provide experts to make the contacts for me and I could begin receiving checks within a week or so. Fortunately I didn't.

Now I can't even log into my "website" . Called customer service . Answering Machine! Ross Malloy is named as "account executive". Just got a call from Art,@ customer service. I asked for a refund. Art said " We have a one year guarantee and will only refund at the end of the one year period if you are not satisfied".

Consumer Advisory Notice for PRM LLC

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sat, March 10, 2012

I have reviewed your consumer complaint and find it within my jurisdiction. However, before we began talking about what you consider a ripoff have you done the following:

  1. File a police report at your local police department pertaining to theft or misuse of your credit card?

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank and begin the investigation process?

  3. Filed a complaint at your local court house pertaining to consumer fraud?

  4. Do you have a valid Federal Tax ID Number?

  5. Contact the website host and have your password reset?

simply because, failure on your part to do these things would constitute negligence on your behalf and you would be out of the money. I suggest you do these things before you immediately assume you are being ripped off as this helps safeguard your rights against an attorney who may represent them in the court of law.

Lastly, we all purchase things here and there. You were weak and gave in because you wanted to expand or start a business. What you must comprehend is that a business takes work and if you are not positively involved or anti-social then chances are your business will not succeed.

  • Start small and think big

  • Develop a targeted sales pitch

  • Know your product

  • Know how to work with difficult customers

In closing all of what you explained in your rip-off report can easily be reclaimed in taxes at the end of the year if you are fully legit, which means that you would get a free turnkey business at the expense of the American Government. How does that sound?

NOTE: The disclaimer of Arizona laws holding jurisprudence over any posting or complaint if null and superseded by 15USC2 should any rip off really occur. In all other instances this hold merit and is bound and fully protected by United States Arbitrational Law.
