Complaint Review: Extreme Motorcars LLC

 Absolutely the worse liar and crook in the county. Agreed on a 2005 BMW 745, crooked Jim told me the car would be ready in about three weeks, gave me a loaner car which was a POS INFINITI FX35. Break light, slip light, and air bag lights were all on. Told crooked Jim about it, reassured that it would only be for three weeks, if things went wrong with it to bring it back. Three weeks passed he won't answer the phone or return my messages. A month goes by promise if is being done by Thanksgiving. Christmas goes by crooked Jim tells me the BMW was wrecked. I tell him it has been three months and no car. I had been patient and had a month to either get the car or refund our money. 4 months now and still with the loaner. So I showed up unannounced at his shop and he starts with the lies. I told him to either refund the money or give me a comparable car of the same price. Still no vehicle, so now we will see him in court and complaint affidavit has been filed with the DMV dealers division. This guy is the scum of the earth, I will go through the lengths of the earth to make sure he doesn't lie, cheat, or steal from anyone else.
