The background: On February 15, 2012, I received delivery of a beautiful 4 month old parti yorkie named Chance. I purchased him from Tiffany O'Hearon at extremepartiyorkies.com with full AKC breeding rights for $2800 + $275 shipping (total $3075). His father is Jax and grandmother is Shayla.

I do not question his quality or his health. I took him for his contract required vet check the day after receiving him and he had Giardia. I understand this can be caused by stress such as the plane ride he took the day before and he was in otherwise good health.

In September 2012 he was used to breed a litter of parti yorkies. The litter produced 3 very nice babies. 2 were sold with full AKC breeding rights in January 2013.

The discovery: On February 3, 2013, I was notified of a post on Facebook that I was mentioned in. Ms. O'Hearon had also sold a male parti yorkie named Tugger to Christina Swingle. Tugger is also from the Jax and Shayla line. Tugger has fathered a litter of puppies as well.

Christina Swingle discovered that Tiffany Thompson O'Hearon had bought Shayla without papers and registered her with the CKC. She then rolled her into the AKC to be used for breeding. She also discovered that Tugger's AKC papers were possibly no good because of false parentage and the possibility that the line was not pure yorkie.

The problem: When Ms. O'Hearon registered Shayla with the CKC then the AKC, she used a male yorkie name that could not have been the father she also put the mother's name on the papers wrong. She says this was a mistake and human error.  This is very possibly pedigree fraud. In addition, the real father may not even be a yorkie.

I thankfully received the Facebook notification from a person who knew I had Chance. This situation had gone public on facebook and Tiffany had commented the post below:

"Parti Yorkies Tiffany: Tugger is the only dog that I have sold on full registration from these lines anyway. So no need to worry. Noble
February 3 at 1:09pm  Like"

This was a lie and there are possibly many others. The notification was how I found out that I have a $3075 parti yorkie that has produced babies that have been sold with full AKC breeding papers that are possibly worth nothing.

In addition to Ms. O'Hearon selling dogs with questionable pedigrees or fraudulent pedigrees, I also found out that December 2011, Ms. Tiffany O'Hearon had been suspended for 3 years from the AKC and a $1000 fine for pedigree violationns and should not have been selling AKC dogs at all.

Tiffany O'Hearon has produced a DNA report for Jax, Chance and Tugger's father. This report is dated September 26, 2012. She obviously new of this problem for a while and never notified anyone involved. If it had of been a mistake and she notified buyers, this problem would not have grown as it has.

I would like to update this. Not to stir the pot but to sAy that Both Chance and Tuggers papers were fully investigated all the way back and to this day are still in good standing. Chance is still breeding and producing beautiful puppies and Christina Swingle sold Tugger for $2500 in which she paid me $2000 and still owes me a puppy for the discount I gave her. All of this is water under the bridge but I would just like to point out that Both the dogs I sold that I was tarred and feathers for selling are still being bred and owners have registered pups since these post.
