Complaint Review: Extreme Racing Diecast - Xxtreme Stuff

Same owner, Robert Williams - operating both companies. I, as many others, have been scammed for $$ for a Dale Jr. diecast car.

After submitting my order in July 2007, I began to inquire about the status. Upon doing so, I was advised that "they didn't receive their allotment." When requesting a refund, I was further advised to file it thru my credit card company b/c his "card processing company has been changed and the new one won't allow him to do refund orders." WHAT A SCAM.

In short, once he has YOUR money, he knows VERY WELL how difficult it is for you to process a refund thru your CC company... and that's what he "BANKS" on... most people just won't go thru it. He's a thief and scam artist to say the least. It's unclear how long and how many people this guy has taken money from?? We've got to put him out of business!!

I have since filed a refund via my credit card company - not an easy task. In addition, I intend on filing an official complaint with the TN & TX AG's office.
