On November 3, 2005 we contracted with Extreme Scapes LLC to landscape our front and back yard. Upon completion of the plant installation we advised Mr. Smith that several of the trees and/or bushes were in poor condition. He agreed to replace them at the time, but consistently gave excuses that the plants were not available at all local nurseries.

To date this issues have never been resolved. Within 30 days if installation, over 75% of all trees, plants, shrubs, and flowers were dying or dead. We again contacted Mr. Smith numerous times during this time period to come and assess the issue. He failed to show up to the first 3 schedule appoitnments.

Upon his return on both 12/3/2005 and 12/13/2006 he assessed the trees and plants were in fact dying and he would return on 2/1/2006 to look for re-growth and replace all dead specimens no later than 2/28/2006. On 2/1/2006 Mr. Smith failed to contact us or come to assess the condition of the landscaping and on 2/10/2006 we contact the owner again to schedule an appoitnment. He scheduled an appointment for 2/21/2006 at 3PM, but failed to show up.

It has now been over 90 days and Mr. Smith has failed to hold up the the service warranty paid for and agreed upon by all parties. We are now seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau and Maricopa Superior Court to get help in getting this issue resolved or proceeding with action to obtain a refund for all plants, trees, bushes, and flowers amounting to approximately $6500.00.

We would like to warn other consumers about the this company's unprofessionalism and poor workmanship. His fails to stay on site while work is being complete and the majority (if any) of his crew does not speak English. He was hired to build a firepit and after work began it was clear his "crew" has no masonary experience.

We would like to warn Arizona consumers about Extreme Scapes LLC. It appears once this firm gets their money, it is next to impossible to get them to come back and finish what the started.
