Ordered specific model go gart and Dave Bergman knowingly sent a diiferent model. He was hoping I would be content with cheaper model. We Brought this to his attention day of delivery and all he did was try and dance circles around the issue. To top it all off it was supposed to be a Christmas present, not only is Christmas ruined we now have to take this scam artist to court! He did this without contact whatsoever and now refuses to answer call and E-mails. Talked with Dave Bergman several times and refuses to resolve the issue. Do not buy from him. Check Better business Bureau it is horrible!!!

My Name is John Eline from Extreme Scooters

I contacted H. Gay by e-mail and told her that although the Chain Drive Go-Kart has been shipped instead of the Shaft Driven one, we will pick the Chain Driven
Go-Kart and ship the shaft drive one that her husband prefers.

So anytime that they are ready, let me know, because I already have contacted The Freight Company and am Ready to pick the Wrong Go-Kart and ship the Correct One to them.

The Chain Drive Go-Kart is recommended by the factory, for several reasons, in addition to having more power to the rear wheels, and being more Agile then the Shaft Drive one. The Chain Drive Go-Kart costs $100 less then the Shaft Drive one, because it is less expensive to manufacture a Chain Drive then it is to manufacture a Shaft Drive. For Example, In competion Racing of motorcycles they are always chain driven for reliability and direct immediate power to the rear wheel.

Sincerely
