Extreme Systems Stole Parts From My Computer Ripoff Harker Heights Texas
I took my dell laptop into this computer shop. The owner greg moore told me that he could fix the spyware. When I got my laptop back he stole the memory card out of it. I called Dell to verify what was in my lap top when i bought it. I told him I am going to report him to the police. These guys are crooks. Don't go to this place.

Just wanted to say a word for Greg M the owner of Extreme systems. I am actually his competition now, but i used to work for him a while ago and i know him personally. They are highly professional computer techs and generate a pretty good income by fixing hundreds of computers every month for businesses and residential. I am 100% confident that him or his employees will never take any memory out of any computer just because Greg is an honest person and in a lot of cases will add more memory to your computer without charging you if you do some business with him. At the time when i was starting my own company i was helped by Extreme systems with some of the things i needed with no charge. And i appreciate it a lot.
If you wrote this complaint and want it resolved please stop by TexasComputerService.com or telephone 254-200-2700 and i will give you an original Dell memory stick for your computer free of charge. There is no need to fight over $20 issue spending hours to file complaints and blame Extreme Systems for something they have not done.

Wow! You can post a claim of criminal activity with no proof, and this is supposed to be a site to tell the truth? What sense does this make that I would jeopardize my livelihood for say less than $100.00 worth of memory when I have probably $100,000 in parts and accessories?
I certainly found it amusing that one of my customers defended me within days of this posting, and was exactly correct. File a criminal complaint against ANY business you believe stole your property. But of course you have to be able to prove theft instead of just post accusations.
By the way no one has ever spoken to me about their memory being stolen, nor told me they were reporting me to the police. I would not only give them directions to the new police station if they wanted, but be happy to call them over so they could discuss it in my store. Those who do honest work have nothing to fear....

I have been purchasing my parts from Exteme Systems for several years. You cannot get a better deal on parts in the Killeen Fort Hood area of Texas. As far as the lady that claims she had her parts stolen from her laptop. I would suggest she contact Jack St. John at the Killeen Police Department and make a criminal complaint. Here is his telephone number (254) 501-8800.
