I placed a simple order for two (2) work lights from Extreme Tactical Dynamics. I actually was led to this website by an advertising email I received that I am sure was from a search for other products.

The order was placed on July 11, 2016. I sent two emails, one on 7/19 and one on 7/22, asking for an order status update. On 7/22, I received an email that the order was shipping on 7/22 and they had "got the products in yesterday".

The shipment arrived on 7/27. Upon opening the package and inspecting the items it was determined that they shipped the incorrect product.

The same day, I sent them an email notifying them of the incorrect product. I sent the same email again on 8/1, 8/4, 8/5 and again this morning on 8/8.

This morning I also had a chat session with "Roxanne" on this order. I was forwarded a "Repair or Exchange Form" and I requested a shipping label. Roxanne informed me that "they" would have to send that to me.

I asked exactly who "they" were and could I please have a contact number for them to which she replied that she sent them the information and they would be contacting me.

I should have done my reserach prior to ordering from this company. They obviously operate several different online retailers and it appears that all of them have the same complaints.

It is a sad day when businesses like this are allowed to stay in operation. No customer service whatsoever.
