I am also a frequent customer of ETD and experienced several times the same issue with nobody answering or I get put on hold and then disconnected every time. I have yet to speak with a live customer service person on the phone and if you email them, forget about it. I sent countless emails from items that I have ordered that had defects and nobody wanted to assist me. The products that I have purchase are not the best quality it seems and do not function properly. I don't understand why it is so difficult to answer the phone or do your job. My guess is they know the product is crap and know that customers are going to want a refund, thus why they hang up on you or don't reply to your email. I will never order from this company again and with me having multiple contacts in several states, I will recommend to not use this company as well. I have found a different company now that treats me and my localities like gold and have not had a problem with any of their name items. Seemed that every other item I received from ETD was crap so it only took me a few times to figure out, this isnt the place for anything pertaining to emergency services In emergency services, things have to work or we receive the proper items for that matter. This company does not provide that service.
