 I ordered a set of surface or grill mounted emergency lights for my POV for the Fire Department. I got them in a short period of time, but when I first opened and tested them, one of the units doesn't light up at all. Upon closer inspection, the LEDs look fried, not reflective and prismatic like they should. Since then, I have been emailing, calling and messaging their facebook page trying to get a hold of someone to find out if I can send it back and exchange it for a working one. I have received no response in over a week now. Any time I call them I just listen to the hold music until the automated machine tells me that there's no one available right now and to email them. Needless to say I only got half of what I paid for because the second unit doesn't work. Awful customer service, awful company, never buying from them again and telling everyone in my department to avoid them as well.
