I place an order during their thanksgiving sale which stated that if you spend X amount of dollars then you would receive y for free.  They had many different sales on the add. I spent over the X amount. They sent me my order but the free piece of equipment was not included. I then proceeded to call them which they never answer the phone. I then emailed them and explained the situation. They told me that because what I had purchased was a package deal that it was not a part of the sale. I then said that the add had no exclusion or restrictions wrote on there to let me know of this.

They then sent me a copy of the Christmas add and told me to read the bottom of the page. I sent them a copy of the Thanksgiving add that was sent out and said this is your add, don’t try to bring up an add a month later and tell me that it was on there. I then received an email say that they are sorry and that my order would be sent to the shipping department and I would soon get a tracking number. That was at the first of January. I never got the email and have since emailed them many times since and have not got a response back. The product that I paid for I received but the product that I was supposed to get free has never come
