This customer had a couple of items that needed to ship late as they were back ordered. We were in communication with the customer at the time and they knew what was going on. The item did ship out to the customer.

The website is easy to navigate and easy to place an order. The website says "allow 2-3 business days" to process your order and "items take 4 to 10 business days to deliver" in the US. I placed my order on 3/16/2016 and received an email on 3/18/2016016 stating my order has shipped. I was excited to see my order had shipped and was almost ready to get my funeral escort service started. On 3/22/2016 I received another email stating my order has shipped. Both packages arrived on 3/24/2016, but I only received part of my order and it was only the lower cost items. So, on 3/25/2016 I spent the whole day trying to get ahold of someone at Extreme, which was nearly impossible. The toll free number gives a prerecorded message then hangs up on you. I also tried their website contact us and their Facebook messenger with no success. After some serious digging I found a phone number under the sister companies information and reached the OWNER directly. Mr. Chris Dahl man (spelling) told me the rest of my order had shipped that afternoon. I did receive a tracking number later that evening. I asked what items where in the shipment and of course it only a light bar, not all of my items. Mr. Dahlman assured me that he would personally make sure the remaining items would be sent out Priority Mail on Monday 3/28/2016. I followed up with Mr. Dahl man again this morning and he again told me my order would go out today. Who would have guessed, the order didn't ship! GUESS I WILL CALL AGAIN TOMORROW!

The visor light did ship 3/25, 4 of the UC8's shipped today according to your email, that's 4 shy of what I should be receiving. When were they sent?

Yes Mr Richard Johnson. You are absolutely correct in the fact that you were missing your visor light bar and your 4 pcs of the undercover 8's This was notated in your order. You emailed us and then reached out by phone. Your Visor Light did ship as soon as it became available. Your Grille Lights where processed on Monday as I had explained to you that they would. They have left our facility. You need to give USPS a 2-3 days to start tracking them. You did ask to make sure you had them for Thursday so we did this. Thank you for your comments however they are not all factual. We will try better in the future.
