I ordered a free tooth whitening kit from them a month ago for 3.99 P+P. Then I completely forgot about it. Just received my credit card statement and have been charged the 3.99 and then another 59.99. Have tried to contact them but can find no number, I have emailed to say I haven't received the item, and have been charged on top. When I've read through the Ts and Cs I understand you need to cancel within three days of receiving the goods. But I never received any.


I've now cancelled my card. And if I don't receive an email from them in the next fortnight I will go have a look around the estate where they say they are based to try and find a contact number, or someone to talk to.
